NAB: Employee Engagement

Working closely with a variety of teams within NAB (including People & Culture; Learning & Development; Leadership; Brand and others), I helped develop, craft and deliver a series of engagement experiences, activities, content and more to support culture change and capability uplift across the 35,000 strong employee base.

This included redesigning Welcome to NAB into an immersive experience that gives every single new employee a better understanding of the bank’s values, behaviours and a clear context for the bank’s vision and overall plan. It also saw us find fresh ways to communicate detailed yet crucial information to create awareness and understanding around NAB’s culture priorities and expectations for people leaders.

I worked with a superb team of designers, creatives, producers, client service and more to create moments that matter and deliver an improved employee experience.
