Pinnacle Surgery was founded in 2015 by a group of ENT surgeons dedicated to pursuing their subspecialty in a centre of excellence within the Epworth Hospital in Melbourne. Focused on delivering world-class care, they quickly built a reputation as one of Australia’s leading ENT surgical practises but recently came to realise that their branding and story felt a little out of date and didn't truly reflect their holistic approach.
I worked closely with the surgeons to identify what drove them (professionally and personally) and looked to craft a brand story with a new name, narrative, vision and identity that truly reflected who they were and the powerful ambition they work towards - helping people get back to the life they love.
